Data Processing Terms

1. Roles

For customer-submitted visitor records, the customer acts as data controller and ByteSize VMS acts as data processor unless otherwise required by law.

2. Processing Instructions

ByteSize VMS processes personal data only to provide and secure the service, troubleshoot issues, and meet legal obligations, subject to the customer agreement.

3. Subprocessors

We use subprocessors for hosting, identity, billing, and transactional communications. Each subprocessor is bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

4. Data Subject Rights Assistance

We provide reasonable assistance for access, deletion, and correction requests where required by law and feasible within the platform architecture.

5. Transfers and Safeguards

Where cross-border transfers occur, we apply appropriate transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards in line with applicable data protection law.
